C & E  | How does Offer First save me time?

By ensuring values align first, we significantly reduce the risk of an offer decline after both parties have already invested a significant amount of time to the interview process.

C & E  | How does matching work actually work?

By comparing candidate and employer profile responses, we're able to match users with significantly more accuracy than using random keywords.  Profiles matching at 80% or better are sent to each users Match Feed while all others are found in the Discovery Feed.

C & E  | How do negotiations work?

Once interest is confirmed by both users, we analyze each user's profile responses then instantly send a recommended offer to the employer.  Employers can adjust the recommended offer as needed.  Once it's sent, the candidate can Accept, Decline or Counter.  There are 3 volleys before a final answer is required.

C & E  | Will Offer First be available on desktops and an app?

Yes, our first version will be available to candidates via an app and employers via a desktop web portal.

C | How do I earn the $500 Bonus?

All candidates are eligible for the $500 bonus once per calendar year.  You must accept a job, complete the Final Offer Confirmation screen and stay on the job for at least 90 days.

C  | Do I need to upload my resume?

Nope!  All the information we need from you will be captured in our simple profile.

E  | How does Offer First improve retention?

E  | Can an employer upload hundreds of jobs with a single license?

No, each employer is limited to 10 job slots per license.

E  | Do the employers pay the $500 Candidate Bonus?

No!  This bonus is paid directly to the candidate by Offer First, but you'll need to confirm that they stayed on the job for 90 days.

C & E  | How much does Offer First cost?

Each license will cost $5,000 annually or $495 monthly.  The standard per hire fee is $4,500 for any position.  Employers who sign up before we launch will receive $1,000 off the per hire fee for their first year.

Offer First is FREE to all candidates.

E  | I'm a private practice, how will Offer First help me compete for talent?

Offer First will send you candidates based on how well they match with your profile. In most cases, many of them will be candidates you would not have otherwise found.

Our Matching process will put your jobs in front of candidates who are more likely to engage with you instead of waiting and hoping they find your ad on a job board.
